Neoclassical, Tuscany style
Tuscan architecture has been a widely popular style for centuries, and can still be found throughout the United States nowadays – especially in those states with warm climates, such as Florida or California.
Before Tuscany became world-famous for its olives, wine and other agricultural products, it was the home of Etruscans, a hardworking farming civilization. Long before the Romans came to power, the Etruscans ruled central Italy, building a flourishing community, even developing their own architectural styles and construction techniques. Over time, the Roman Empire took control of the region, but Etruscan elements remained untouched. Although some elements of the Tuscan style have been modernized, today’s homes retain many of the original architectural elements and decorative features of old Tuscan homes.

From the characteristics of the Tuscan style, PPd has selected those suitable elements that can inspire to design the architectural characteristics of the mansion: raw materials integrated within an asymmetrical, modern space, with a special tropical point.
Similarly, inspiration for the landscape design relates to the architectural concept through the asymmetrical relations between elements and flexible layout, balanced greenery including tropical plants, and application of natural elements that are also taken from relevant features of this style.
